you accept any insurance?
- Most vision
insurance plans offer "out-of-network" benefits. This means that if you
buy glasses, reading glasses or sunglasses online
at eyeglasses123.com,
you can submit the receipt to your vision insurance company and still
get some reimbursement. Every vision insurance plan is different, so you
must contact your vision insurance plan administrator to find out the
exact benefits that you get in your own vision insurance plan.

we are only able to accept Paypal as payment on all international

authentic genuine eyewear which includes their original packaging
material and accessories. (cloths, warranty information, etc.). All eyeglass
and sunglass frames come with a one year manufacturer's warranty against
defects. If you detect a manufacturing defect (structural design, hinges,

do I fax my eyeglasses prescription?
- Please fax your prescription

I use my contact lens prescription to purchase prescription glasses?
- While your contact lens
and eyeglass prescriptions may seem the same, they usually have differences.
You must have your eyes examined and asked for an eyeglass prescription,
(must be less than 2 years old), before ordering with us.

- How do
I go about measuring my PD (pupillary distance)?
- PD is the distance from
the center of the pupil (black spot) in one eye to the center of the pupil
in the other eye. This measurement improves the positioning of your lenses
within the frame you have chosen. It can be provided in minutes by your
optician or eye doctor, and so we recommend that you ask for it when you

long does it take to process my order? If I order Next Day shipping will I
receive the order within 24 hours?
- We ship in-stock
products within 24 hours. If the item is not in stock, it will take 2-3
days to get it into our warehouse from the manufacturer. We would then
ship your order out immediately using Next Day shipping. Custom orders,
including Rx prescription glasses and sunglasses usually ship within 5-7
business days.
