Need to Return your Purchase?
It's Easy!
- If you are not happy with your
purchase, we will be happy to accept a return.
- You may return new, unused
items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is a result of
our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay
the return shipping costs.
- Products must be in the condition
you received them and in the original box.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Returns
(a). Log in to your account
from the Login page.
(b). Once you are logged in, click on your order number.
(c). Check off the item you wish to send back and indicate the quantity
you are sending back.
(d). Scroll down and select return selected item button.
(e). Print the Return Invoice page and include it with the products
that you wish to return. Once we have received your return at our warehouse,
we will refund your card and send you email confirmation that your return is
completed.
(f). Return Invoices button will only be available for 19 days after your
items are shipped. Our return policy will only allow you send back items up
to this time. We are unable to make exceptions.
Returned items will charged a
20% restocking fee and, any order placed using free shipping, will result in
a $7.95 deduction from the return. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured
for the for full price by a trackable carrier. We recommend United States Post
Office Prioriy mail with a confirmation. Please note, we are not responsible
for lost or misdirected packages and we cannot accept goods that are returned
incomplete or in obviously "used" condition. Returns are inspected and processed
within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2
weeks of processing.
2. Prescription frames and
lenses: Prescription frames are excepted under our normal return policy. Prescription Lenses are not returnable since they are a custom made item. We will remake prescription lenses at a 50% discount if your eye doctor changes your prescription or if you have made a mistake. Your lenses can be remade at a 50% discount within 30 days of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department if you need further help with this.
2a: Prescription frames
and lenses (Value Eyewear Section): Prescripton
frames and lenses purchased from our Value eyewear section can be returned or
exchanged unconditionally within 15 days of delivery.(all
shipping charges are the customers responsibility)
. Refund/exchange are lmited to one time per order.
3: Exchanges: Please

4. Receiving Damaged or Incorrect
