If you've browsed our online store and found the perfect pair or women's or men's eyeglasses, it's time to place your order! When you do, though, we'll need to get some information about your prescription before we can get to work crafting that perfect pair of glasses. You can get the information to us in the following ways:
- Attach a PDF or photo of the prescription information you receive from your doctor.
- Fax your prescription along with your name, phone number and order number to us at 516-352-2438.
- Let us know who your eye doctor is and we'll get in touch with them directly to get your prescription information.
If your prescription doesn't include information about your pupillary distance (commonly abbreviated as PD) there are instructions on our website about how to take that measurement yourself or with the help of a friend. Don't worry--it's not hard, and it makes a big difference in the comfort and accuracy of your eyeglasses when we are done working on them.
We give you plenty of options so it's as easy as possible for you to order your women's or men's eyeglasses from us online! Based on your prescription information, we can help recommend a lens type for your new frames. Remember that our polycarbonate lenses are included with your purchase--absolutely free--and include anti-reflective coating, a UV filter, and are scratch resistant. But we have other options available to suit your needs!
